Think out of the box
This print is part of the ‘Windows’ series, inspired by renowned Spanish artists and avant-garde artistic movements. ‘Think out of the Box’ aims to highlight the spirit of Arte Povera and Informalism from the mid-20th century, of which Antoni Tàpies was one of the most celebrated representatives in Spain.
‘The flying violinist’ is a nod to Marc Chagall’s time in Tossa de Mar (Spain) in the early 20th century, where he happily lived for a while.
